This year buddy booster sets out on a more ambitious project for our 3rd English camp. We aim to integrate our original goal of teaching English to the youth with Krabyai school’s science week to provide interactive and educational lessons where science experiments will be conducted alongside the English lessons. Our goal for this camp is to impart valuable teachings that the students will be able to use throughout their academic journey.

To further ensure our students are engaged in the course, we also are focusing on deepening the bond between the students and teachers by holding a multitude of cooperative events such as our rice planting event on August 19th.

As students ourselves we also know how hard it is to for us to decide our future careers. Inversely, we also know and have experienced the pressure from our parents, peers, teachers and even ourselves that comes alongside making such a life changing decision. That is why we focused on making the lessons as interactive as possible. This will provide the students with small introspective looks into various fields of science which we hope will be invaluable to help them make their final choices.

Similar to our past English camps we have a dedicated team of intelligent and enthusiastic students who worked diligently into their summer to plan lessons, experiment with ideas, create worksheets, and produce slides. Many hours of planning have been put into preparing a curriculum fit to teach our largest group yet of 410 students across years 8–13 on 18–20 August, 2025 at Krabyai Vongkusolkit Phitthayakhom School, Banpong, Ratchaburi.

Through our past camps our teachers have also commented that many passionate students have expressed a strong desire to independently learn more outside of class. Although this is the case, many have also spoken of issues regarding how to find the resources necessary to do so. To aid them in this journey the Buddy Booster team has decided to start creating online material which can be directly accessible in our website.

• Language: Thai narration.
• Judging Criteria:
  • Creativity
  • Engaging and easy-to-understand presentation
  • Scientific content and information derived from the clip
• Participation: Individual or group (maximum 3 people).
• Prizes: Winner and runner-up for Buddy Booster students in each year group.
